Public Notice: Budget Committee meetings May 16 and 23

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to ORS 294.426, that two meetings of the Budget Committee of Linn-Benton Community College District of Linn and Benton counties, State of Oregon, will be held on the 16th day of May, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Albany campus, 6500 SW Pacific Blvd., Albany, Oregon, and on the 23th of May, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at the Albany campus, 6500 SW Pacific Blvd., Albany, Oregon, for the purpose of receiving the budget message and proposed budget document of said district for the fiscal year 2012-13.

These are public meetings where deliberations of the Budget Commit¬tee will take place, and any person may appear and discuss proposed programs with the Budget Committee at that time.  A copy of the budget document will be available at 6500 SW Pacific Blvd., Albany, Oregon, in the Board Rooms, Calapooia Center Building at the time of the meeting.
