Write your family history in the class "Life Stories" held at the LBCC Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers winter term.

Learn how to recall and recount family history in your own narrative style with enhancement of detail, description and dialogue. Tips on publishing will enable you to submit articles and stories to magazines as fact or fiction.

This 10-week class will meet on Wednesdays from 2 to 3:50 p.m. beginning Jan. 10 at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way, or on Thursdays beginning Jan. 12 from 2 to 3:50 p.m. at the LBCC Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St. Cost for the class is $69 plus a $3 fee.

Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries. Learn past, present, and future verb tenses. Some previous Spanish experience recommended.
