Legacy Letter Writing Class at Benton Center

The new class Write Your Legacy Letter is being offered at Linn-Benton Community College’s Benton Center starting Monday, Jan. 6.

Legacy letters are a message that expresses a person’s values, life lessons and hopes and can be shared with family and friends at times of life transitions. Instructor Sharon Waldman, a personal historian, says legacy letters are for people who want to convey key beliefs and events of their lives but don’t have time to write an entire autobiography.

This six-week class will meet Mondays from 1 to 2:50 p.m. beginning Jan. 6 at the LBCC Benton Center, room BC-121, 757 Polk Ave., Corvallis. Cost is $40.

For more information or to register, contact the LBCC Benton Center at 541-757-8944, or visit online at www.linnbenton.edu.
