LBCC Lebanon Center Dog Training

"Dog Obedience" and “Puppy Kindergarten” classes will be held through the Linn-Benton Community College Lebanon Center starting Jan. 9.

“Dog Obedience” covers basic commands and equipment, socialization, rewarding good behavior, breaking bad behavior, games and tricks, and responsible pet ownership. Veterinary shot records and dog history form are required.

This 10-week class will meet at the Lebanon Senior Center, 80 Tangent St., Thursdays from 6:30-7:20 p.m. beginning Jan. 9. Cost is $39.

"Puppy Kindergarten" is designed specifically for puppies 16-weeks and younger that are not fully vaccinated. Class will focus on walking on a leash, appropriate interaction with other dogs of the same age and appropriate play.

This eight-week class meets at the Lebanon Senior Center Thursdays from 5:30-6:20 p.m. beginning Jan. 9. Cost is $39.
