The professional development class “The Abusive Customer” will be held Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 8 a.m. to noon at Linn-Benton Community College, Calapooia Center, room CC-211, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
Explore skills to help you be an effective problem solver, including how to calm an upset or angry customer, what to do during stressful interactions, and strategies to create a good customer service environment.
