International Cooking Class Spring Term
Explore the world through its cuisines in an International Cooking class offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community Education.
Does the idea of learning how to make "Drooling Gnocchi," "Cassoulet" or "Doro Wat" interest you? This unique class will cover these classic dishes and much more. Attend all eight classes or just the ones that interest you.
International Cooking (CRN 46994) classes will meet on Thursdays from 6 to 8:50 p.m. in the college culinary kitchen, Calapooia Center, room CC-219. Classes offered include Italy on April 7; France on April 14; Greece on April 21; Mexico on April 28; India on May 5; Africa on May 12; Russia and Eastern Europe on May 19; and Asia on May 26.
Cost for this non-credit class is $70.50 with a $75 lab fee. Pre-registration is required. Seniors age 62 and over receive a 25 percent tuition reduction. Discount does not apply to lab fees. For more information or to register, contact LBCC Albany Community Education at 541-917-4840.
