LBCC Cooking Class on Making Sausage
Learn the art of sausage making in the one-day class Making Sausage offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community Education.
The art of making sausage has been around since as early as 600 BC. Learn the techniques and skills involved in making sausage at home before you invest in equipment. Class will focus on fresh and smoked sausage.
Due to popular demand, this second session has been added for this one-day class. Class will meet on Sunday, Feb. 27 from noon to 5 p.m. at the LBCC Culinary Arts kitchen, second floor Calapooia Center building. Cost for the class is $29 with a $40 lab fee.
