Turning Point Transitions Class

Have you recently experienced a major life change? The Turning Point Transitions program at Linn-Benton Community College may be able to help.

LBCC’s Turning Point Transitions is a free program designed for single parents, displaced homemakers, dislocated workers, and others who are experiencing major life transitions. Participants receive three LBCC credits.

This four-week class covers a wide range of topics including goal setting, how to identify skills, how to evaluate job opportunities, how to construct an effective resume, interviewing skills, and how to select educational and training opportunities.

Participants learn to build confidence, raise self-esteem, explore anger, manage stress, identify values and set healthy boundaries.
