Driver Education Classes Winter Term
The first session of Driver Education courses start January 4 through the Linn-Benton Community College Community Education Department.
The course includes Oregon State mandated 30 hours of classroom instruction, a three-hour parent/student orientation at first meeting plus 12 hours behind-the wheel practice and driver observation.
The cost for the course is $265 for ages 17 and under, $445 for ages 18 and over. Students under the age of 18 may qualify for, upon successful completion of the course, a car skills testing waiver when obtaining their Driver’s License.
