Benton Center Acoustic Showcase Features Cooper Hollow May 18

Cooper Hollow will perform at the LBCC Benton Center Acoustic Showcase from Noon to 1 p.m. Friday, May 18 in the student lounge, 757 NW Polk Ave., Corvallis.

Cooper Hollow is a high-energy string band performing a mix of bluegrass, old-time fiddle tunes, folk, traditional country, blues, and rag.

The band includes Paul Scheerer, lead vocalist, player of guitar, mandolin, melody banjo, and harmonica; Sally Clark, of The Luckiamute River Band and A Sweet Bunch of Daisies, harmony vocalist, player of mandolin and guitar; Dan Apperson, harmony vocalist, player of fiddle and mandolin.
