Linn-Benton Community College agricultural major Lindsey McPeake has been named to the 2015-16 Junior College Livestock Judging All American Team.

The award recognizes the top 15 judging students in the nation and is based on the student’s judging ability and academic GPA.

McPeake, from Bend, has a 3.63 GPA and will graduate in June with an associate’s degree in agricultural business management. She is the first member of LBCC’s Livestock Judging Team to be named to the Junior College All American Team, which takes into account contest results from competitions in Kansas City, Louisville, Denver and Houston.

McPeake plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business management.
