French for Travelers

“French for Travelers” language class will be held at the Linn-Benton Community College’s Benton Center.

Learn the essentials of conversational French with an emphasis on the vocabulary most needed in tourist situations. Best for those with a little prior knowledge of the language, but prior study is not required to take this class.

This four-week class will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11:50 a.m. starting June 23 at the LBCC Benton Center, 757 NW Polk Ave., Corvallis. Cost is $65.

Oregon Construction Contractors Board Education (CCB) will be offered through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries. Learn past, present, and future verb tenses. Some previous Spanish experience recommended. This eight-week class meets Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:50 p.m. starting April 4 at the Albany Senior Center, 44 Water Ave. Cost is $65.
