Real Estate Broker Pre-License Exam course

A Real Estate Broker Pre-License Exam course will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College starting January 11.

Designed to prepare you for the Oregon Real Estate Broker License Exam, this 150-hour course is the fastest way to qualify to take the state exam.

This 10-week course will meet on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning January 11 at the LBCC Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, Calapooia Center room CC-212.

Course content will be mostly Internet based. Students are expected to have online capability, to self-study and attend all class sessions. A mandatory study session will be held on Saturday, the last day of the class.

Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries. Learn past, present, and future verb tenses. Some previous Spanish experience recommended.
