Teen Horse Camp Starts Aug. 15

Experience the natural adventure of horse handling and riding in the Teen Horse Camp class held by LBCC Community Education.

Working with gentle and well-trained horses, you will receive hands-on instruction in grooming, tacking up, and basic horse care. Once you have mounted your horse, master the basics of position and control in both arena and trail riding. Class is for beginning riders ages 14-18 with little horse experience.

Class meets Monday through Thursday, August 15 through August 19 from 9– 11:50 a.m. at Inavale Farms in Philomath. Cost is $179.
