The class Nutritional Gluten Free Cooking and Baking will be offered through LBCC Albany Community Education beginning Sept. 27.
Class is designed for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease and will include simple first steps to help you be on your way to a healthier life. Taught by Nadine Grzeskowiak, a registered nurse, learn the secrets to preparing outstanding meals.
This three-week class will meet on Thursdays from 6 to 7:50 p.m. beginning Sept. 27 at the Albany Senior Center, 489 NW Water Ave. Cost for this class is $39 with a $25 lab fee. Residents aged 62 or older pay 75 percent tuition.
