LBCC Professional Development Accountability in the Workplace Class

The professional development class “Getting the Job Done: Accountability in the Workplace” will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College Business and Employer Services on Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 8 a.m. to noon.

This workshop will explore the Five Steps Model for holding yourself and others accountable. Learn how to focus on the situation or issue without being personal, how to develop a clear agreement and follow-through with it, and how to problem solve for multiple situations. Discover what empowerment looks like and how to empower others, and why clear agreements are the essential for holding folks accountable.

The workshop will be held on the LBCC Albany Campus in the Fireside Room, CC 211, located in the second floor of the Calapooia Center Bldg., 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW.
